How to File a Claim

Contact Support

Call 01700-000000 or email support@gadgetsku.com with your order details and issue description.

Diagnosis

Our technical team reviews your claim. We may ask for photos or a short video of the defect.

Verification

If the claim is valid, we arrange pickup of the defective unit at no cost to you.

Repair or Replace

We repair or replace the product within 7–14 business days and deliver it to your door.

✓ Covered Under Warranty

  • Manufacturing defects (dead pixels, faulty buttons, circuit issues)
  • Battery failure within warranty period (below 80% capacity)
  • Bluetooth / connectivity failures under normal use
  • Driver or speaker unit failures in audio products
  • Charging port failures not caused by physical damage

✕ Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, water damage beyond IPX rating)
  • Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration)
  • Damage from incorrect charging or power surges
  • Expired warranty period
