Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on GadgetSKU.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and reside in Bangladesh. GadgetSKU reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
• Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations may exist.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any item per customer.
• GadgetSKU does not guarantee product availability. Out-of-stock items will be communicated and refunded promptly.

3. Placing an Order

• Orders are placed through our website and confirmed via phone call within 30–60 minutes.
• Providing false or inaccurate information during checkout may result in order cancellation.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi phone number where our team can reach you for delivery confirmation.
• An order is considered accepted only after our team confirms it via call or SMS.

4. Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• Payment is made to the courier upon delivery. A ৳60 handling fee applies.
• Refusal to receive a confirmed COD order may result in your number being blacklisted from future COD orders.

Online Payment (bKash / Nagad / SSLCommerz / Card):

• Payment is processed securely through our payment partners.
• Online payments qualify for free delivery.
• In case of failed transactions, amounts are automatically reversed within 3–5 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery covers all 64 districts of Bangladesh.
• Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days.
• Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. External factors (weather, courier delays) may cause delays.
• COD shipping fee: ৳60. Online payment orders: Free shipping.
• Delivery is attempted up to 2 times. Undelivered items are returned to our warehouse.

6. Returns & Refunds

• 7-day return window from date of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition with all packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

7. Warranty

See our Warranty Claims page for category-specific warranty periods and coverage details. All GadgetSKU products carry manufacturer warranty, and we handle claims on your behalf at no charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on GadgetSKU.com — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and software — is the property of GadgetSKU or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, GadgetSKU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of GadgetSKU.com after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
